H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) on August 18, 2026 from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited.
The LOI is for the construction of two electrical substations in Uttar Pradesh:
- 220/132/33 kV AIS Substation, Ranipur (Mau)
- 220/132/33 kV AIS Substation, Chunar (Mirzapur)
These projects include associated transmission lines and were awarded through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.
This disclosure is made in continuation of the company's earlier announcement dated May 26, 2026 and is pursuant to Regulations 30, 51 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
