The company received intimation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs at 06:20 A.M. on July 07, 2026, confirming that the status of e-Form STK-2 in respect of these companies has been changed to "Approved."
Consequent to this approval and the striking off of names from the Register of Companies, these entities have ceased to be step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited with effect from July 07, 2026.
