HHIL Exercises Put Option in HPL JV

Hindware Home Innovation Limited exercised its put option in Hintastica Private Limited, its 50:50 JV with Atlantic SFDT, France.
HHIL holds 5,48,787 equity shares in HPL with aggregate equity investment of INR 78,86,34,570 till date.
Put option was triggered by Atlantic SFDT's notice of a proposed transaction that may result in change of control of Atlantic SFDT.
