Mr. Naveen Jain has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of The Hi-Tech Gears Limited. The resignation is due to personal reasons and shall be effective from the closure of business hours on August 29, 2026.

The company has received confirmation from Mr. Naveen Jain that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than the personal reasons mentioned in his resignation letter.
