Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 28, 2026
Hi-Tech Pipes Limited issued a corrigendum to its Postal Ballot Notice dated May 28, 2026, which was dispatched to shareholders on May 29, 2026. This corrigendum modifies specific sections of the original notice and should be read in conjunction with it.
Changes to Explanatory Statement
Item No. 1 Changes:
Sub-point B on page 15: The "Objects of the Issue through Preferential Offer" section has been substituted. The company requires fund infusion for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. The proceeds are expected to be utilized on or before March 31, 2028.
Sub-point O on pages 17-19: The pre-preferential shareholding pattern has been updated from the previously reported date of March 31, 2026 to May 22, 2026. The revised shareholding pattern before and after the proposed preferential issue is as follows:
