Appointment of Group CFO
Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt. Ltd., a global manufacturer of transformer radiators and tanks, announced on 8 September 2026 that Gaurav Vani has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, effective July 2026. Vani brings more than 16 years of strategic finance leadership across Indian and international operations, most recently serving as Group Finance Head at Soujanya Color Private Limited, where he held multiple leadership roles for over 13 years.
In his new role, Vani will be responsible for financial planning and performance, capital allocation, funding, governance, compliance, enterprise risk management, and the integration of systems and processes across the Group. He will also lead digital transformation and AI‑enabled finance initiatives aimed at enhancing financial visibility and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across business units and geographies.
Kartik Daftari, Managing Director & CEO of Hi‑Tech Radiators, said that Vani’s strong financial expertise and strategic perspective will strengthen financial discipline, improve visibility and support more informed decision‑making as the business becomes increasingly global. Vani expressed enthusiasm about joining at an important stage, noting the company’s strong presence in the transformer components industry and its positioning to build momentum across India and international markets.
Founded in 1989, Hi‑Tech Radiators is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and ISO 3834‑2004 certified and serves major transformer manufacturers worldwide as a government‑certified export house. Approximately 60 % of radiator production and 90 % of tank production are exported to more than 36 countries. The company operates a state‑of‑the‑art hot‑dip galvanizing facility and has showcased its capabilities at exhibitions such as CWIEME Berlin and IEEE Denver.
