Launch Overview
HiLITE Group, a leading real‑estate and infrastructure developer, announced on 12 August 2026 the opening of Mandara Women’s Wellness, described as India’s first AI‑integrated holistic wellness retreat exclusively for women. The retreat is situated near Calicut University in Kozhikode, Kerala.
Facilities and Technology
Mandara comprises 20 independent, IoT‑enabled private cottages classified as Signature Private, Executive, and Wellness options. Each cottage is equipped with environmental and health sensors to support focused, unhurried recovery. The centre incorporates advanced medical recovery technologies, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers for cellular regeneration, HiFEM Pelvic Strength Chairs for non‑invasive core rehabilitation, Infrared Therapy Beds, and Terahertz Bioresonance Energy Therapy. An AI‑driven clinical spa, naturopathic detox pathways, postpartum‑safe Pilates, aquatherapy, and dietitian‑guided therapeutic culinary menus are also provided.
Wellness Programs
The retreat structures its clinical and wellness programming around six primary life‑stage categories: Women’s Wellness for everyday vitality, Prenatal Wellness for physiological support during pregnancy, Postnatal Wellness for mother‑and‑newborn recovery, Menopausal Wellness for hormonal transition management, Preventive Women’s Wellness for early‑intervention health optimisation, and Geriatric Care for healthy aging and mobility. Traditional Ayurvedic treatments are customised through personalised herbal formulations and are delivered alongside the modern technologies.
Postnatal Care Features
Postnatal care is the core operational priority. Mandara offers a dedicated 24/7 baby nursery and an infant spa, staffed by qualified medical professionals, enabling new mothers to recover while their infants receive care. A specialised Mother’s Lounge equipped with zero‑gravity recliners provides a supportive community space. Daily educational workshops cover lactation guidance, infant CPR training, newborn care, and postpartum mental wellbeing, aiming to build lasting confidence among new mothers.
Leadership Statements
Chairman P. Sulaiman stated that the launch strengthens HiLITE Group’s long‑term vision of scaling women‑centric healthcare infrastructure in India and marks a meaningful step into women’s health. CEO Ajil Muhammed described Mandara as an extension of the group’s purpose, emphasizing the importance of women’s health at every life stage. Dr. Azhar Mubarak, CEO of the Healthcare Wing, highlighted the retreat’s role in providing world‑class, dedicated wellness experiences for Indian women.
