Hilton Metal Forging Limited entered an Interim Sales Agreement to supply 3,60,000 standard 155mm M107 empty bomb artillery shells worth ~Rs. 720 Crores.
The order spans 24 months with a structured delivery of 15,000 units per month, generating estimated monthly billing of ~INR 30 crore.
The agreement is non-exclusive and interim, subject to conversion into a definitive contract upon prototype batch clearance and approval.
This marks the company's strategic entry into defence manufacturing, complementing its recent forged railway wheel supplies to Indian Railways.
