Himadri Board Approves Two Policy Amendments

Himadri Speciality Chemical's Board amended its Related Party Transaction Policy per SEBI LODR Regulation 23(1).
The Board also approved amendments to its Policy for determination of Material Subsidiaries.
The policy changes were approved at the Board meeting held on 23 April 2026.
