Trading Window Closure

In continuation of the company's letter dated June 29, 2026, and in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed until the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results.
