Hind Aluminium Industries appointed Ms. Ekta Joshi as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 15, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 15, 2026.
Ms. Joshi is an Associate Member of ICSI and a Commerce Graduate with experience in secretarial and legal matters.
