Hind Rectifiers Recommends ₹1.40 Final Dividend

Hind Rectifiers Limited has intimated the stock exchanges regarding its dividend recommendation and upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹1.40 per equity share (70% of face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the 68th Annual General Meeting.

The 68th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 01:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

The final dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within a week to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and/or the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Record Date. The payment will be subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.
