Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Ltd signed a 9.80 MWp solar PPA to supply clean power to LG Electronics India's Pune plant.
The project will generate 1.61 crore units annually, offsetting about 0.31 million tonnes CO₂e and covering 40% of the plant’s energy needs.
The 25‑year agreement starts Q2 2026; it is LGE India’s first captive renewable project and HREPL aims to add over 1 GW capacity in 14‑16 months.
HREPL, part of the Hinduja Group, operates a 3 GW portfolio and targets 1 GW of C&I capacity additions annually to meet round‑the‑clock demand.
