Hindustan Copper Appoints Anupam Misra as CMD

Hindustan Copper Limited received an order from the Ministry of Mines, Government of India (Order No. Met3-10/3/2025-METAL III dated 08.06.2026) appointing Shri Anupam Misra to the post of Chairman & Managing Director.

Shri Anupam Misra is currently serving as Director (Marketing) at Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT Ltd.). His appointment is effective from the date of assumption of charge on or after 01.07.2026 and will continue until his superannuation date of 28.02.2030, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.

Terms and Compensation

The appointment is made under Article 70(1) of the Articles of Association of Hindustan Copper Limited. The scale of pay for the position is Rs. 2,00,000-3,70,000/-. Detailed terms and conditions related to the appointment will be issued separately by the Ministry.
