Hindustan Oil Exploration Appoints Preeti Grover Independent Director

HOEC appointed Ms. Preeti Grover as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective May 12, 2026 for a five-year term.
Appointment was made via circular resolution based on Nomination and Remuneration Committee recommendations, pending shareholder approval.
Ms. Grover is a seasoned company secretary with 30 years experience and currently serves on three other listed company boards.
