Trading Window Closure

In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for Directors, officers, designated employees, and other specified persons since July 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the decisions taken by the Board regarding the financial results.
