Hirect Limited has intimated the stock exchanges regarding the dispatch of dividend to its shareholders. The dividend of ₹1.40 per equity share was approved by the members of the company at the 68th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
The dividend was credited on August 13, 2026, through electronic modes including NACH, NECS, and Direct Remittance into the bank accounts of shareholders whose bank details were available with the company.
The company has requested shareholders whose bank account details are not available with the Depositories (for dematerialized shares) or with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (for physical shares) to update their bank details at the earliest to ensure smooth receipt of future dividends.
