The company reiterates that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares remains closed for all directors, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure period is from October 01, 2026, to November 16, 2026 (both days inclusive), as previously communicated on September 25, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
