HMA Agro disclosed a SEBI Reg. 30 compliance filing announcing the promotion of six individuals to senior management roles, effective May 1, 2026.
The appointments include four promoters: Mohammad Mehmood Qureshi, Mahtab Alam, Parvez Alam, and Mohammad Kamil Qureshi, alongside Shiv Kumar and Lalit Kumar.
The Board approved the designations based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation to meet organisational requirements.
