HMA Agro Postal Ballot for Director Appointments and AoA Changes

HMA Agro Industries issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for eight resolutions via e-voting from April 29 to May 28, 2026.
Key proposals include appointing Gulzar Ahmad as Chairperson & MD at ₹10 lakh/month and shifting the registered office from UP to Delhi.
The ballot also seeks to alter Articles of Association by inserting KMP appointment rules and removing common seal requirements.
Two new Whole-time Directors and one Independent Director re-appointment are proposed, all with five-year terms.
