HMT Limited Appoints BHEL's N Ramesh Kumar CMD

HMT Limited appoints Shri N. Ramesh Kumar, Executive Director (SBD) of BHEL, as CMD (Additional Charge) effective 25 March 2026.
The appointment is for one year or until a regular incumbent joins or further orders, subject to ACC approval.
Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, issued the order on 24 March 2026 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
