The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 04th November, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
In continuation of the company's previous communication dated 25th September, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed until 06th November, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons".
