HOEC members approved three special/ordinary resolutions via postal ballot (remote e-voting) closed on March 29, 2026.
Dr. Jagadip Narayan Singh (DIN: 00955107) appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director & Chairman with 99.99% votes in favour.
Mr. Baroruchi Mishra (DIN: 09223144) approved as Managing Director & CEO, with 98.37% votes in favour, after designation change from Independent to Non-Independent Director.
