Members may vote electronically through both remote e-voting prior to the AGM and e-voting during the AGM, in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, Regulation 44 of SEBI Listing Regulations, and Secretarial Standards SS-2.
Members wishing to speak during the AGM must register by sending a request from their registered email address to corporate@homefirstindia.com on or before 11:59 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, including their name, DP ID and client ID, number of shares, PAN, and mobile number.
