Home First Finance Company India Limited allotted 130,464 equity shares on May 4, 2026, pursuant to employee stock option exercises.
The company's paid-up share capital increased from ₹20.87 crore to ₹20.89 crore following the allotment.
Shares were issued under three ESOP schemes (ESOP II, ESOP 2021, ESOP 2024) at varying exercise prices ranging from ₹117.24 to ₹987.95.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and are in the process of being listed.
