Home First Finance's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 860,000 stock options under the ESOP 2024 scheme.
Each stock option entitles the holder to one equity share of face value Rs. 2, with a grant price of Rs. 950.45 per option.
The options have a vesting period of 4 years, and no options have been exercised or lapsed as of the grant date.
