Homre Limited has intimated the determination of the floor price for its proposed preferential issue of fully convertible warrants.

The company has considered August 25, 2026 as the Relevant Date for determining the minimum issue price in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended.

The minimum issue price/floor price has been determined at ₹22.31 (Rupees Two and Paise Thirty-One only) per warrant. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share of the company with a face value of ₹1 each.

The company proposes to issue and allot 5,41,12,553 (Five Crore Forty-One Lakh Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Three) Fully Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis. Upon conversion of these warrants, the company would issue up to 5,41,12,553 (Five Crore Forty-One Lakh Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Three) Equity Shares.

The aggregate consideration proposed to be received for the preferential issue of warrants amounts to ₹212,49,99,997/- (Rupees Twelve Crore Forty-Nine Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven only). The actual issue will be made at a price not less than ₹22.31 per warrant.

This preferential issue is subject to necessary statutory, regulatory and other approvals and compliances. The price determination was made with reference to the Relevant Date of August 25, 2026 and in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations.
