Dividend Declaration

Honasa Consumer Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 21, 2026, recommended a maiden final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (30% of the face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to approval by members at the ensuing 10th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026.

Record Date and Payment Details

The dividend, if declared, will be payable to members whose names appear in the register of members/beneficial owners as on Friday, August 28, 2026 (Record Date).

Dividend payment will be processed only through electronic mode as dividend warrants or cheques have been discontinued effective November 18, 2025. Members are requested to update their latest bank account details with their respective Depository Participants.

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)

In accordance with the Income-tax Act, 2025, dividend declared and paid by the Company is taxable in hands of members for Tax Year 2026-27 (FY 2026-27). The Company is required to deduct TDS at prescribed rates on dividend payable to members.

TDS rates vary depending on residential status of the member, valid tax registration (PAN or equivalent tax payer identification), and documents submitted by members.

Documentation Requirements

The last date for submission of requisite documents for claiming nil or lower rate of TDS deduction is September 10, 2026. Members must submit documents through the website of the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited, at https://ris.kfintech.com/form15/forms.aspx?q=0.

Members are also requested to ensure their records including tax residential status, Permanent Account Number (PAN), bank account details, email address, mobile number and other relevant details are duly updated with their respective depositories through their Depository Participants.
