  • Growth in mid-twenties (approximately 25%) on reported basis after adjusting for change in revenue recognition policy by Flipkart group

Brand-wise Performance:

  • Mamaearth (largest brand): Accelerated growth momentum with expected high-teens (approximately 17-19%) YoY growth
  • Younger brands (The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr. Sheth's, Staze, Lumineve, Reginald Men): Expected growth in early forties (approximately 40-42%) YoY

Channel Performance:

  • Offline channel continued as key growth driver
  • General Trade: Sustained strong growth momentum with improving direct distribution reach
  • Modern Trade: Sustained strong growth momentum with strong in-store execution
  • Online channel: Expected to deliver healthy growth over the period

Margin Performance:

  • Expected to sustain double-digit operating margin profile in Q1 FY27
  • Aided by operating leverage from scale
