Honda India Power Shareholders Approve Two Director Reappointments

Honda India Power Products disclosed results of its postal ballot e-voting conducted pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
Shareholders passed two ordinary resolutions for reappointment and remuneration of Mr. Shigeki Iwama as CMD and Mr. Vinay Mittal as Whole Time Director.
The e-voting period ran from April 1 to April 30, 2026, with results declared on May 1, 2026.
