Honeywell Automation India Limited has filed a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, to inform the stock exchanges of a change in its corporate logo and tagline.
The change is a result of Honeywell issuing new brand identities for its automation and aerospace businesses, named Honeywell Technologies and Honeywell Aerospace, respectively.
The company provided a direct comparison of the old and new branding elements:
- Existing Logo: To be replaced
- New Logo: Adopted
- Existing Tag Line: 'The Future is what we make it'
- New Tag Line: 'At the heart of it'
The new logo and tagline will be implemented across all company materials, including product labels, advertisements, marketing brochures, website content, signages, and all other communications. The company stated the rollout will be undertaken in a phased manner. Consequently, both the existing and new logos may be used during this interim transition period.
