Capacity Expansion

Ms. Malika Bajaj - Chairman, Whole-time Director & Promoter with 19+ years of experience. Holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi. Associated with the Company since incorporation, overseeing manufacturing, finance, and operations for new expansions.

Major Events & Milestones

2006: Incorporated as Horizon Reclaim (India) Private Limited on August 21, 2006.

2023: Obtained CPCB registration as a recycler of waste tires under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Amendment Rules, 2022.

2024: Registered with CPCB as a Producer–Importer of Waste Tires under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework.

2025: Converted into a Public Limited Company. Initiated installation of plant & machinery at the Bhagwanpur, Haridwar manufacturing facility (Unit III). Acquired land & commenced construction, including installation of a pyrolysis reactor, for the pyrolysis oil manufacturing facility at Gundala, Rajkot, Gujarat (Unit II).

2026: Successfully listed on the BSE SME Platform on June 19, 2026. Successfully commissioned the Rajkot Manufacturing Facility (Unit II) in July 2026, with first commercial sale recorded on July 20, 2026.

Product Portfolio

Natural Reclaim Rubber: Includes WTR Reclaimed Rubber (from whole scrap tires), HR Reclaimed Rubber (high-resilience), 202 Reclaimed Rubber (high-performance), Super Fine Reclaimed Rubber (premium), and Fine Reclaimed Rubber (devulcanized and refined). Applications include tire treads & retreading, molded products, conveyor belts, automotive components, footwear soles.

Synthetic Reclaim Rubber: EPDM Reclaimed Rubber (weather resistance and thermal stability) and Butyl Reclaimed Rubber (air retention and chemical resistance). Applications include automotive seals & gaskets, roofing membranes, tire inner tubes, pharmaceutical stoppers.

Crumb Rubber: Used in road construction, sports surfaces, tires, construction materials, footwear soles, molded rubber products.

Pyrolysis Oil & By-Product Recovery: Pyrolysis Oil (alternative industrial fuel), Recovered Carbon Char (sustainable raw material), and Steel Scrap (recycled high-quality steel).
