On 3 August 2026, cybersecurity firm Horizon3 announced that it had secured $250 million in new financing, a round co‑led by NightDragon and NEA. The capital injection lifts the company’s post‑money valuation to more than $2 billion, a rise from the $650 million valuation recorded in June 2025, representing more than a three‑fold increase.

The round attracted three new investors—Acrew Capital, Blue Cloud Ventures and Demeter Group—while existing backers Craft Ventures, Prosperity7 Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Ridge Ventures and SignalFire also participated, reaffirming their support.

Horizon3 said the proceeds will be allocated to accelerate sales and marketing efforts, expand partner operations, and fund product development. Geographic expansion plans include launching operations in Singapore and Australia and deepening the firm’s footprint across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Product‑wise, the company will advance its NodeZero platform, which conducts AI‑driven penetration testing of production systems, and develop automated agents that can remediate vulnerabilities identified during tests.

CEO and co‑founder Snehal Antani highlighted that Horizon3 has amassed data from 310,000 tests performed on active systems, underscoring the scale of its testing platform.

Overall, the financing positions Horizon3 to broaden its market presence and enhance its AI‑enabled cybersecurity offerings amid rising demand for advanced defensive capabilities against AI‑powered hacking threats.
