The primary agenda is to consider, approve, and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board will also review the Limited Review Report on these financial results.
The company had previously intimated on September 1, 2026 about the closure of the trading window.
