HUDCO Declares 4th Interim Dividend, ₹70,000 Cr Borrowing Plan

HUDCO's Board declared a 4th interim dividend of ₹1.25 per share (12.50%) for FY2025-26, with record date March 28, 2026.
Payment of the interim dividend will be completed within 30 days of declaration, subject to TDS deduction.
Board also approved an annual borrowing programme of up to ₹70,000 crore for FY2026-27 across diverse instruments and sources.
