HUDCO Signs MoUs with NBCC for Redevelopment and Asset Monetization

HUDCO signed two MoUs with NBCC (India) Ltd on April 11, 2026, for collaboration on real estate projects.
First MoU covers redevelopment of HUDCO's 18,830 sqmt leasehold property at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi.
Second MoU involves HUDCO funding NBCC's self-sustainable projects while NBCC provides project management services.
Both MoUs are valid for two years and subject to separate project-specific agreements and government permissions.
