Huhtamaki India Defers Q1 Results, Appoints New CFO

Huhtamaki India's Board deferred approval of unaudited Q1 FY26 results pending closure of certain matters.
The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Q1 results are eventually published.
Mr. Amit Gupta was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective April 28, 2026.
Incumbent CFO Mr. Anil Kaul will cease his role and transition back to his previous position as Finance Controller.
