IBL Finance Limited, a technology‑enabled non‑banking financial company (NBFC), announced a public issue of secured, rated, listed and redeemable non‑convertible debentures (NCDs) with a total size of up to ₹50 crore. The issue consists of a base tranche of ₹25 crore and a green‑shoe option that may add another ₹25 crore, allowing the aggregate size to reach ₹50 crore.

The NCDs have a face value of ₹1,000 each and are offered in four tenure options – 13 months, 24 months, 36 months and 60 months – with yields ranging up to 12.12 % per annum. The minimum application size is ten NCDs (₹10,000). The securities are rated BBB‑/Stable by Acuité and will be listed on BSE Limited.

The issue is scheduled to open on 12 October 2026 and close on 26 October 2026, subject to the terms of the prospectus. Comfort Securities Limited is appointed as Lead Manager, Beacon Trusteeship Limited as the Debenture Trustee, and KFin Technologies Limited as the registrar for the issue.

Management, represented by Managing Director Mr Manish Patel, stated that the NCD issue forms part of the company’s funding strategy to support its lending operations to individuals and financial institutions. Proceeds will be primarily utilised for onward lending, financing, repayment or pre‑payment of existing borrowings, and for general corporate purposes, in line with the objects outlined in the prospectus.

The prospectus, filed in accordance with applicable laws, is available on the company’s website (www.iblfinance.in), the lead manager’s site (www.comfortsecurities.co.in) and BSE Limited’s portal (www.bseindia.com). The release includes standard risk disclosures, noting that investment in NCDs involves risks, that the credit rating is not a recommendation, and that BSE Limited’s permission to list does not constitute approval of the draft offer document.
