ICICI Bank: IVen AIF Transfer to IPru AMC Complete

ICICI Bank discloses completion of investment management rights transfer for 5 AIFs from IVen to IPru AMC effective April 1, 2026.
The transfer covers private equity, venture capital, and real estate AIFs including India Advantage Fund series and Iven Amplifi Fund.
