ICICI Bank Redeems ICICI Strategic Investments Fund Units

ICICI Bank's wholly owned subsidiary redeemed all residual units of ICICI Strategic Investments Fund on March 25, 2026.
Following full redemption, ICICI Strategic Investments Fund ceases to be a Group entity of ICICI Bank.
The Fund was previously consolidated with ICICI Bank's financials under Accounting Standard 21 due to 100% unit holding.
