ICICI Lombard Allots 103,173 ESOP Shares

ICICI Lombard allotted 103,173 equity shares under employee stock option schemes on May 6, 2026.
The allotment comprised 75,627 shares under ESOP Scheme 2005 and 27,546 shares under ESU Scheme 2023.
A Whole-time Director approved the allotment pursuant to board authority delegated on July 18, 2023.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
