ICICI Lombard Allots 53,824 ESOP Equity Shares

ICICI Lombard allotted 53,824 equity shares under its employee stock option and unit schemes on April 14, 2026.
The allotment included 15,000 shares to a Whole-time Director approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
An additional 38,824 shares were allotted to other eligible employees, approved by the delegated Whole-time Director.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
