Allotment of Equity Shares

Summary:

The Company has allotted a total of 6,521 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-One Only) equity shares of ₹10 each on September 22, 2026 under the following employee stock option schemes:

  • ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme 2005: 4,235 equity shares
  • ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme 2023: 2,286 equity shares

The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director of the Company on September 22, 2026 at 02:55 p.m., pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 18, 2023.

The newly allotted equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
