ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 11,360 equity shares under two employee stock schemes on July 7, 2026.
The allotment comprised 500 shares under the 2005 ESOP Scheme and 10,860 shares under the 2023 ESU Scheme.
Managing Director & CEO approved the allotment pursuant to board authority delegated in January 2019.
New shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and are listed on BSE and NSE.
