ICICI Prudential Allots 209,760 ESOP Shares

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 209,760 equity shares under its 2005 Employee Stock Option Scheme.
The allotment was approved by the Managing Director & CEO pursuant to Board authority delegated in January 2019.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
