ICICI Prudential Allots 255,615 Equity Shares

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 255,615 equity shares under employee stock option schemes on May 12, 2026.
The allotment comprised 252,270 shares under the ESOP Scheme (2005) and 3,345 shares under the ESU Scheme (2023).
The Managing Director & CEO approved the allotment pursuant to board authority delegated in January 2019.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
