ICICI Prudential Allots 29,301 ESOP Shares

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 29,301 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on May 19, 2026.
The allotment comprised 9,900 shares under the 2005 ESOP Scheme and 19,401 shares under the 2023 ESU Scheme.
Managing Director & CEO approved the allotment pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in January 2019.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
