ICICI Prudential Allots 317,541 ESOP Shares

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 317,541 equity shares under its 2005 Employee Stock Option Scheme on April 21, 2026.
The allotment was approved by the Managing Director & CEO pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in January 2019.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
