ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 47,658 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on June 16, 2026.
The allotment comprised 19,250 shares under ESOP Scheme (2005) and 28,408 shares under ESU Scheme (2023).
Shares were allotted at face value of ₹10 each and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
Allotment was approved by Managing Director & CEO pursuant to Board authority delegated in January 2019.
