ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 67,604 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on June 23, 2026.
The allotment comprised 46,460 shares under the 2005 ESOP Scheme and 21,144 shares under the 2023 ESU Scheme.
Shares were allotted by the Managing Director & CEO under authority delegated by the Board in January 2019.
Newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
